By placing an order online with , you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
WBA Hair is responsible for all card transactions made on our website. All credit card details are entered on a secure page.
Due to the nature of our products, there is a no refund policy across the WBA Hair website. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value. Unfortunately we will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn or if the lace has been cut. All shipping costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense, so we advise our customers to send their parcels through Royal Mail with a tracking number. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost parcel and you will unfortunately not receive a refund. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
The price for each product on the WBA Hair website is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP).
Here at WBA Hair, we try our best to update our products and have them available for purchase, however if for any reason this is not fulfilled, we will offer you two options which are to either cancel your order and receive a full refund on the debit/ credit card the transactions were made from or wait for the products to be available which we will also give you a delivery date.
Unfortunately we only ship to the UK. The delivery option is Standard delivery only (3-5 working days). All shipping are sent through Royal Mail, all orders come with a tracking number.
All the contents, logos and pictures relating to WBA Hair are owned by WBA and may not be used, copied or changed without our authorization. This includes our logo, our slogan “Your hair, My Masterpiece” and any pictures related to .
